Also, if your account was sent automatically in a letter, then you can pick it up in your personal account, in the orders section!
If you did not find your order, please check your spam folder and your personal account! Then email us with your order number!
Orders are delivered very quickly and without delay during working hours, but there may be a short wait for orders at night.
There is no need to contact support if less than 8 hours have passed since you paid – obviously your order is still being processed.
